Drop Tickets / E-APPS are the most efficient way to write term life insurance business. Most of the time you don’t even need to get a signature from your client. We recommend using the process on the cases that you don’t have time to drive and get an application. Some of our agents have a premium limit for these cases. Some say they will use strictly the EAPP on cases below $40 a month of premium.
Simply fill out the requested information for your client. The carrier will take it from there. They order the paramed exam, any APS, and MVR ect. The contracted paramed will even get client application signatures in conjunction with the paramed exam. Make sure you prep your client for a phone interview. Some interviews can take 30 minutes to complete.
