Topo Financial wants to change the paradigm on how the industry engages and treats the client. Astonishingly, we still work with carriers who expect us to fax them a 15-page paper application. We want to revolutionize and change the client interaction, the submission process, the paramedical exam, and create an experience that a client expects from a modern and professional insurance brokerage. We want policies to be submitted electronically and processed quickly. We want clients to be in control of the type of policy, and we want an advisor to help every step of the way and provide the expertise and experience to help meet the client's financial needs. |
A normal life insurance policy takes 6-8 weeks to be processed and put in force and we want to get that down to 10-15 days. We'll be achieving this by building real-time quoting tools, and automation with strategic carriers and partners to decrease wait times and speed up submission and underwriting times to truly create a unique client experience.
Topo Financial has a mantra that we are never satisfied with the way things currently work and operate.
